At Novetus, we work on a wide variety of projects and are called upon to design and troubleshoot complete systems and facilities. Do you notice that work could be done much more efficiently if it had been planned and set up with automation to handle the more repetitive tasks?

At Novetus, we take the time on every project to make sure we cut out the repetitive work so our team can focus on the important and value added work.

Experienced professionals: if you love bureaucracy and red tape, Novetus is not the place for you.

If you enjoy making a difference, working with a great team, being freed up to focus on the work, to develop your career and to help mentor younger engineers, then you will enjoy working with us.

Recently minted engineers join Novetus for two reasons: to learn and to contribute.

Learning is about working with experienced managers and working on a wide variety of project types; with a career development plan that encompasses exposure to all the major aspects of a project. Learn about conceptual design, cost estimation, front end engineering, detailed design, small capital project execution, project management, maintenance, and retrofits. Learn about all the major technical elements of the project, including the main process equipment, utility systems, safety systems, and the automation and power systems. Finally - work with a team that approaches the project with an eye toward efficiency using commercial and proprietary software systems to save time and money.

Contributing is about teaming up with your colleagues and the client and producing tangible results ... not only doing a great job on the project deliverables, but surprising your colleagues and the client with how quickly and efficiently you made it happen. Working under the supervision of our experienced engineers, you will be expected to think, absorb, and produce. We know you are laying the foundation for your career, so we will help you build a strong one.
